Our story

We started in transport. Twenty-five years later the group spans five industries, and every one of them was built the same way: hands on, for the long term.

  1. 1990s to 2000s

    It began in logistics

    A single haulage operation moving cargo over long distances, built on reliability and repeat customers.

  2. 2000s to 2010s

    Into trade

    Freight experience opened a direct sourcing corridor for equipment and goods, moving trade volumes at scale.

  3. 2010s

    Property follows

    Earnings reinvested into commercial and residential real estate, the long-term assets anchoring the group.

  4. 2020s

    Technology

    An in-house software arm building fintech, commerce and intelligence products for emerging markets.

  5. Now

    Manufacturing

    Entering beverage and purified water production, the group's fifth industry and its first at scale in FMCG.
